HOW IT WORKS

SIMPLE. ACCESSIBLE. COMMUNITY DRIVEN.

ReSport is designed to make sports equipment and services easier to access — through clear processes, fair pricing, and community-first thinking.

Whether you need skate sharpening, equipment sanitation, gear support, or trade-in assistance, our approach is straightforward and transparent.

STEP 3 — WE TAKE CARE OF THE WORK

Your equipment is handled using professional-grade systems and clear quality standards.

  • Skate sharpening is completed using the Sparx Sharpener 3 Pro.

  • Gear sanitation is performed using the Sani Sport ozone-based system.

  • Adjustments and installations are completed carefully and efficiently.

You’ll be notified when your gear is ready.

STEP 4 — PICK UP & GET BACK TO SPORT

Once your service is complete and payment is confirmed, your equipment is ready for pickup.

Simple. Efficient. Ready to use.

SERVICE WORKFLOWS

SKATE SHARPENING

Drop off your skates, choose your hollow or preferred edge, and we’ll take care of the rest. Most sharpenings take approximately 10–15 minutes, depending on volume and selection.

GEAR SANITATION

Protective equipment is placed in our professional ozone-based sanitation system to help reduce odour-causing bacteria and microbes. A typical cycle takes approximately 20–30 minutes.

GEAR FIT & INVENTORY SUPPORT

We help you find the right size, fit, and option — new or used — based on sport, age, and budget. Our focus is performance, comfort, and safety without unnecessary upselling.

TRADE IN & EQUIPMENT SUPPORT

Bring in used equipment for assessment. Eligible items may qualify for ReSport Credits or cash, based on condition, safety standards, and demand.

ReSport Credits can be used toward services or future purchases.

SMALL ADJUSTMENTS &
IN STORE SERVICES

We offer practical, low-cost services including:

  • Cage and visor installations

  • Chin strap replacement

  • Lace replacement

  • Helmet adjustments and fit checks

  • Minor hardware fixes

  • Stick cutting

These services are available whether equipment was purchased from ReSport or elsewhere (subject to parts availability and safety standards).

Designed to Make Sport More Accessible

ReSport is built around the belief that access to sport should not depend on income or background.

We prioritize:

  • Affordable service options

  • Transparent pricing

  • Support for families and youth athletes

  • New and used equipment choices

  • Community-based youth initiatives

Our goal is to reduce barriers — not create them.

LOOKING AHEAD

ReSport is currently in the planning and funding stage.

As we grow, future phases may include expanded service systems, increased efficiency features, and additional community support initiatives designed to further improve access.

We will share updates as we move closer to launch.
